Job Details

We are looking for Clerical Support in our new facility. This role is flexible with 5 + hours per day based on your availability. Schedule can be 6am to 11am / 7am to 12pm / 8am to 1pm / 9am to 2pm. We are building jobs built for mom life, join our growing team. As a Clerical Support representative you will be responsible for ensuring that all task related to documents are completed accurately and in timely fashion.

Qualifications

• Must have strong computer knowledge. • Must be able to handle more than one task at a time. • Must be able to communicate with CSR reps. and explain various problems that might come up. • Must like working with numbers • Flexible to work in an environment that has different tasks and challenges. • Hours can be flexible with 5 + hours per day and may have overtime from time to time. • Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, Fed Ex, UPS Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities: • Keeps track of received data and source documents. • Prepares and sorts source documents, and identifies and interprets data to be entered. • Works with Manager to resolve questions, inconsistencies, or missing data. • Enters alphabetic, numeric, or symbolic data from source documents into computer following format displayed on screen, and enters necessary codes. • Compares data entered with source documents, or reenters data in verification format on screen to detect errors. • Makes necessary corrections to information entered. • Compiles, sorts, and verifies accuracy of data to be entered. • Keeps record of work completed. • Reviews error reports and enters corrections into computer. • Transmits entered information into database. • Files or routes source documents after entry. • Oversees al paperwork associated with orders and maintain the corresponding files • Responds to inquiries regarding entered data. • Maintains current and accurate procedures manual, which details the processing requirements for each account
