Job Details

The HR Payroll and Benefits Specialist will be responsible for managing payroll processing, administering employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. This role is essential in supporting our employees and maintaining a positive workplace culture while ensuring relevant compliance

Qualifications

Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in payroll and benefits administration. - Strong knowledge of Paychex - Familiarity with federal and state labor laws and regulations. - Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Payroll Management: - Process bi-weekly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance. - Maintain payroll records and documentation in accordance with company policies and legal requirements. - Address payroll inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner. Benefits Administration: - Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks. - Assist employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries. - Stay updated on benefits trends and regulations to ensure competitive offerings. Compliance and Reporting: - Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll and benefits regulations. - Prepare and submit necessary reports related to payroll and benefits. - Assist with audits and documentation as needed. Employee Support: - Serve as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries from employees. - Conduct training sessions on payroll and benefits processes as required.
