Helping our clients in the marketing space, specifically with OOH. At GHM we build lifelong relationships with our brand partners, our vendors, and consumers. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy assistant/media planner to support our day-to-day operations. You’ll work closely with our team to organize data, field client/vendor requests, build proposals, and help streamline our workflows. This is a great fit for someone who loves working in spreadsheets and systems, learns quickly, and takes initiative.
Preferred Skills Strong proficiency in: Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides, Excel Softr.io, Zapier, Make (Integromat), pdf.co (not necessary but helpful - we can teach the basics of these and show how to use) Excellent written and verbal communication Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Comfortable working independently and figuring things out Experience in media (especially OOH, advertising, or marketing) is a plus, not a requirement
Responsibilities Manage and update client and vendor spreadsheets (campaign details, pricing, inventory, etc.) Build polished client proposals using Google Slides and Docs Help make vendor payments and track payments Support campaign planning and execution with accurate data entry and tracking Help automate workflows using tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), Softr.io, and pdf.co Draft and send professional client and vendor emails Organize and maintain digital files and templates Assist with special projects to improve efficiency and reporting
