We transform trainers into facilitators of real learning — by teaching the Participant-Centered Methods that turn passive training into measurable performance.
The Role We need a self-starter who wants flexible full-time marketing work — someone who can run the daily production and distribution of our marketing content without hand-holding but still checks in for feedback to land the right message on the right channel. This role nicely combos strategy and execution: leadership sets the direction, you turn it into a consistent, well-branded rhythm of email, social, web, and sales content that actually delivers on schedule. If you find a full marketing content calendar satisfying, you'll fit right in here. What success looks like at 90 days Email runs on a predictable HubSpot cadence, socials posted consistently and sound unmistakably on-brand with growing followership, a website never falls behind, and updated workbooks uploaded to the print shop on time every time.
What We Are Looking For ● Two-plus years as a marketing coordinator, specialist, or similar. ● Genuinely self-directed. ● Hybrid, full-time; we'd consider reduced hours for the right person. Working hours are expected to mostly fall between 8:00–5:00 with flexibility for personal appointments and working earlier or later when needed. We measure by collaboration, deadlines met, and content delivered. ● A clean, direct writer. ● A sharp eye for design and zero patience for sloppy, off-brand work. ● Organized enough to run a multi-channel content calendar and keep it honest. ● Comfortable being the entire marketing department alongside leadership — real ownership, real autonomy. Your Toolkit You should be comfortable working independently in each of these from day one — we care about hands-on experience, not certifications. ● HubSpot — email builds, list management, basic automation, website updates, and blog publishing. ● Canva — graphic design, social creative, brand-kit templates. ● InDesign — workbook and handout layout and production. ● Claude — AI-assisted drafting and ideation; we use it daily. ● Social — Facebook, X, and LinkedIn: organic posting, scheduling, community management. ● Nice to have — video editing, basic SEO.
What You Will Do Content creation ● Write and produce marketing content — emails, social posts, landing pages, one-pagers — using Claude to draft and brainstorm, with your judgment and leadership as the final word. ● Design on-brand graphics, social creative, and simple layouts in Canva and InDesign. Distribution and channel management ● Build, schedule, and send email campaigns and newsletters in HubSpot; manage lists, segmentation, and templates. ● Run our social channels: plan the calendar, schedule posts, respond to comments and messages, keep the feed consistent. ● Maintain our HubSpot website — new pages, blog posts, product updates, landing pages, general upkeep. ● Own the shared marketing calendar so campaigns, launches, trade shows, and seasonal pushes are planned ahead, not scrambled. ● Keep our brand — colors, type, voice, logo — consistent across every channel and asset. ● Keep the template and asset library organized so anyone can grab the current version. ● Flag anything off-brand or outdated and fix it. Print & learning materials design ● Update and refresh existing learner workbooks. ● Build handouts and other printed materials for training sessions. ● Handle layout and production in InDesign. Measurement ● Track the data — email opens and clicks, social engagement and follower growth, website traffic, form fills — and report on what's working. ● Bring one or two ideas a month for something we should try, stop, or do more of.
