We’re hiring a Senior Executive Assistant to partner directly with one of our firm’s executives and act as an extension of their leadership. This is a high-impact role focused on keeping priorities aligned, communication flowing, and the partner’s day running smoothly. You’ll manage their inbox, draft and send communications on their behalf, organize schedules, prepare materials, and keep projects moving forward. You’ll serve as a trusted right hand—anticipating needs, handling details with precision, and ensuring the partner is always focused on what matters most.

Qualifications

Qualifications and Who You Are 5+ years supporting senior executives or partners in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; confident drafting and sending emails on behalf of leadership Strong experience managing Outlook calendars and high-volume inboxes with accuracy and discretion Proficient with productivity and workflow tools such as Asana, Smartsheet, and CRM systems (bonus for experience with Redtail) Ideally experienced in financial services or a similarly regulated, detail-driven industry Highly proactive with strong judgment—able to anticipate needs, surface priorities, and take initiative Extremely organized with impeccable attention to detail and consistent follow-through Skilled at managing shifting priorities and keeping multiple tasks on track Professional, polished, and confident when communicating with both internal team members and external advisors Trusted to handle sensitive information, represent the partner’s voice, and maintain confidentiality Confident about embracing AI tools to improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and enhance executive support

Responsibilities

What You'll Do Manage and triage the partner’s email inbox; draft, respond, and follow up on communications Coordinate calendars, meetings, travel, and daily workflow Prepare presentations, meeting materials, agendas, and follow-up notes Track ongoing initiatives and ensure deadlines stay on course Communicate with internal team members and external advisors on the partner’s behalf Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Identify ways to streamline processes and enhance the partner’s effectiveness Support special projects that require research, organization, and strategic follow-through
