WAND Corporation is hiring a part-time Sales Order Entry Specialist to support our sales team by ensuring customer orders are accurate, processed quickly, and moving without friction. This is a high-impact role tied directly to revenue—ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and takes pride in getting things right. Why This Role Matters: Our sales team is generating more business than our current operations capacity can support. This role ensures orders move cleanly from “sold” to “delivered”—no delays, no errors, no rework. What Success Looks Like: -Orders are entered quickly, accurately, and consistently -Sales reps trust you and rely on your follow-through -Issues are caught early and resolved proactively -You contribute ideas that improve efficiency over time

Qualifications

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do: -Accurately enter customer orders into internal systems -Review quotes and order details for completeness and accuracy -Coordinate internally to resolve missing or unclear information -Support the sales team with administrative follow-up -Help keep deals moving efficiently through the pipeline -You are not responsible for selling—you enable the team that does. Opportunity to Improve & Grow: -We are early in improving and streamlining our quote-to-order process. While your primary focus will be executing today, you’ll also have the opportunity to: -Identify inefficiencies and suggest practical improvements -Help us move toward a more automated, scalable process -Take on expanded responsibilities as systems evolve If you naturally think, “there’s a better way to do this”—we want that mindset.
