We are looking for a full-time Heat Transfer Operator to join our team! Ideal candidates will have worked in apparel heat transfer operations, but this is not required. In this role you will be applying heat transfers to garments using a small or large-sized heat press; Fold garments; Repackage clothing and return to appropriate bins; Monitor inventory of heat transfers and report to management for reorder when necessary.

Have a clear and good vision to assess final quality, including color and placement of heat transfer Be highly organized and self-motivated Able to lift up to 40 lbs. Work long hours on feet or actively moving around. An eye for detail, able to communicate potential issues with management and participate in problem solving Reliable transportation

Responsibilities: Operate a heat press machine. Maintain production and quality by inspecting finished work. Maintain quality by inspecting your own work and the work of team members Maintain clean & tidy workspace Perform tasks by following instructions and adhere to all safety rules without exception. Effectively communicate with other team members Placement of transfers and attention to detail of the finished product. Packaging and preparing packages to be shipped.
