We are seeking a self-motivated, personable professional to join our team as an Outreach Representative. This flexible, hybrid role is ideal for individuals who excel at relationship-building, goal-driven work, and effective communication.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a friendly, positive attitude. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Interest in theatre and education is a plus. Ability to quickly adapt to new information and maintain attention to detail. Previous phone or customer service experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is beneficial. Experience with Salesforce CRM or similar database systems is a plus. Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound phone outreach to schools, making 10-12 calls per hour to promote and schedule NTC educational programs. Communicate effectively via phone and email to engage schools and coordinate program logistics. Utilize Salesforce CRM to track outreach efforts, manage scheduling, and maintain accurate records. Provide ongoing updates to supervisors regarding progress and goals. Assist school contacts in scheduling NTC virtual programs, ensuring a seamless experience for educators.
