This is a part-time, flexible hours, hybrid on-site (3 days a week for 2-3 hours)/work from home Office Manager, role located in Minneapolis, MN. The Office Manager will oversee daily office and administrative operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows. Responsibilities include managing office supplies, maintaining office equipment, coordinating meetings and schedules, providing support to team members, and delivering excellent customer service. The role requires strong organizational abilities, proactive problem-solving, and clear communication to ensure the team functions at its best.
• Proficiency in Office Administration and some administrative Assistance to CEO. • You love to make that first positive impression when answering the phone to engage with clients professionally and put a smile on their face. • Ability maintains a high level of attention to detail in a dynamic office environment. • Proficiency with standard office software, such as Microsoft Office 365 Suite. • Office management and organizational skills, including file management, and supply maintenance • Experience with Quickbooks Enterprise or equivalent accounting software • Familiarity with CRM and or the ConnectWise Professional Services Automation Software • Proficiency in administrative tasks; invoicing, preparing reports, AP/AR • Understanding of budgeting and accounting principals • Shipping and receiving • Help keep the office clean and organized place • HR duties when Birthday and other celebrations help with the new hires. • Ability to work on-site at our office in downtown in the beautiful North Loop, parking covered by us. • Bring your smile we run on EOS - Entrepreneurial Operating System
• Be the first positive impression of our company by answering phones, greeting visitors, and engaging with clients professionally. • Provide administrative support to the CEO and leadership team. • Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure an organized, efficient, and welcoming workplace. • Prepare reports and provide administrative support for operational and financial activities. • Manage shipping and receiving activities, including incoming and outgoing packages. • Maintain office supplies, snacks, inventory, and office organization. • Help keep the office clean, organized, and functioning smoothly. • Coordinate employee birthdays, celebrations, and other team events. • Support new hire onboarding and employee administration activities. • Assist with maintaining CRM and ConnectWise PSA records as needed. • Update operational reports and scorecards as assigned. • Perform additional administrative and office management duties as needed.
