This is a role with real heart, real purpose, and real room to grow. You'll start small. You'll grow fast. What you'll take on over time (not all at once — we grow together): 📧 Own the inbox — emails, client follow-ups, and correspondence 📅 Manage the calendar — scheduling calls, meetings, and site coordination 📊 Keep projects on track — CRM updates, dashboards, data entry 📁 Bring order to the files — Dropbox, Google Drive, permits, docs 🧾 Prep and send polished proposals and client documents 💰 Handle financial admin — invoices, receipts, QuickBooks, P&L prep 🏗️ Coordinate projects remotely — subs, vendors, timelines, updates 🔥 Nurture leads — follow-up emails, referral tracking, pipeline management 🧠 Help build real systems — SOPs, workflows, and templates that last 📣 Run the content side — social media scheduling and content uploads

You're the one if you are: Experienced in VA or admin work (even 1 year counts!) Organised, reliable, and a natural communicator Comfortable with email, scheduling tools, and Google/Dropbox A self-starter who takes ownership and follows through every time
