We are considering building a series of chatbot tutors to help students/candidates preparing to pass professional certification exams/practicals. If you have a professional certification and would enjoy helping others succeed, please apply. We are looking for someone who understands the certification requirements and in what ways existing resources do *not* prepare these students/candidates. You will help create a curriculum and implement it on our tech platform. (NO technical knowledge required. We do that part.)

1. Hold some kind of professional certification. 2. System thinking: You understand the big picture of how students/candidates are set up for failure or success, and the specific resources we could build to better support them. 3. Industry knowledge: You are aware of (or can quickly research and identify information sources for) how the certification has changed since you took it and what changes might be in store for the future. 4. Communication: You communicate regularly and clearly. You are able to infer how a project should be handled rather than relying on instructions for every little details. When in doubt, you ask questions early and often. You process your own emotions rather than making them anyone else's responsibilities. 5. Follow through: You complete tasks on time and proactively report back. When changes are called for, you flag it early.

1. Identify pain points: Help us understand what aspects of the exam students struggle with the most. (We would prefer to make simple, highly-targeted tools rather than complete study guides. We want to create the resource that doesn't yet exist rather than duplicating what does already exist.) 2. Evaluate the business opportunity: Work with our Google Ads specialist to determine whether there is enough search traffic on relevant terms for us to rely primarily on that marketing channel. 3. Create example content: We will build a website using this content and will run ads to it to confirm the market opportunity. 4. Create educational system: What do they need to learn? How do we present this to them? How can we make it interactive? You are the subject matter expert. For every step, you will work with a member of our technical team for implementation.
