Job Details

This role is a hands on, execution focused marketing position responsible for turning defined target accounts, personas, and messaging into campaigns that support Sales pipeline creation. The Account Based Marketing (ABM) Manager works closely with Sales to execute targeted outreach, create and support content, manage data, reporting on outreach effectiveness, and deliver well qualified leads. This role executes strategy, it does not own companywide marketing direction.

Qualifications

• Experience in ERP, B2B software, or complex solution selling • Hands on experience with persona based and targeted messaging • Experience in selecting target accounts that are aligned with ICP (Ideal Customer Profiles) • Strong copywriting skills for campaigns, emails, and scripts • Comfortable working with CRM and prospect data • Experienced working with Microsoft Office • Experience with or willing to learn effective use of Copilot, Cowork and Agents • Experience collaborating closely with Sales teams • Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft CRM, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, and common marketing platforms

Responsibilities

Data, Research & Targeting • Analyze account and contact data to prioritize target accounts and personas • Research and build prospect lists aligned to defined Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) • Clean, segment, and enrich account and contact data • Identify account fit signals and early buying indicators • Maintain accurate, usable prospect data for campaigns and Sales Persona Based Messaging Execution • Create and adapt messaging tailored to: o Buyer role (executive, finance, operations, IT) o Industry and company size o Account Based Marketing (ABM) tier o Business pain points and priorities • Adjust messaging for different stages of the buying journey • Translate ERP capabilities into clear, outcome focused language • Refine messaging based on campaign results and Sales feedback Content & Campaign Support • Create or support: o Blog posts o Webinars o LinkedIn Lives o Short and long form LinkedIn content o Website landing pages o Lead magnets • Assist with writing: o Webinar and presentation scripts o Video and LinkedIn Live scripts o Sales and Business Development talk tracks • Support content promotion to drive engagement and lead generation Sales Alignment & Lead Support • Partner day to day with Sales and Business Development • Help write sales aligned outbound email copy, sequences, and follow ups • Support account and opportunity based marketing efforts • Ensure marketing generated leads are relevant, targeted, and actionable for Sales Measurement & Optimization • Track engagement, performance, and basic pipeline impact • Share insights on what messaging, personas, and channels are working • Test and optimize messaging and campaign approaches over time
