Omni~View has been the leading software provider for the portable storage industry for 20 years. Our software helps our customers streamline their operations, saving them time and money. This includes businesses ranging from "Moms and Pops", to large-scale multi-national companies with people and assets across seaboards. Omni~View operates primarily in Minnesota.
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Development Representative to join our sales team. As an SDR, you will play a key role in the early stages of our sales process by generating leads through outbound calls, emails, and other messages and by qualifying potential customers. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for driving business growth. This is a remote position with flexible hours Monday – Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. with the expectation to be working 20-25 hours a week.
1. Education and Experience: • High school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred. • Proven experience in a similar role or a strong desire to pursue a career in sales. 2. Skills & Attributes: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. • Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a positive attitude. • Resilient and able to handle rejection professionally. • Goal-oriented and committed to achieving targets.
1. Lead Generation: • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate interest in our products/services. • Send emails and messages to prospects, as needed. • Schedule demonstrations. • Communicate with the sales team about key opportunities or barriers. • Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening. 2. Prospecting & Qualifying: • Research and identify potential clients through various channels. • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads. • Provide a preliminary assessment of the needs and requirements of potential customers to determine their suitability for our products/services. 3. Communication & Collaboration: • Clearly communicate the value proposition of our products/services to potential customers. • Document and update customer information accurately in the CRM system. • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies. • Provide feedback on interaction trends and customer needs to improve overall sales efforts.1.
