Position Type: Independent Contractor (1099) Schedule: Flexible hours available Location: Remote (U.S.-based only) Compensation: Competitive hourly rate, based on experience As a Virtual Assistant with InFocus Co., you’ll be matched with a high-performing entrepreneur or executive who shares your values and needs your unique skillset. You’ll act as a strategic partner to your client anticipating needs, solving problems, streamlining operations, and enabling them to focus on what they do best. Qualifications

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role Familiarity with current technologies, such as desktop sharing, cloud services, Google Workspace, ClickUp, etc. Experience with spreadsheets is helpful Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling Excellent communication skills Excellent time management skills Proven ability to analyze details and keep things organized

Responsibilities

May include but are not limited to: Administrative Support Client Communication Itinerary + Travel Management Documentation and Filing Perform research on different cities Schedule meetings Client Retention Basic Project + Task Management Inbox Management Social Media Management
