Proactive Client Retention Review daily lapse and past-due reports to identify at-risk policies Reach out to clients via phone, email, and text to provide friendly reminders and support Collect premium payments and assist clients in keeping their coverage active Consistently follow up throughout the week to ensure no client falls through the cracks Client Service & Policy Support Assist existing Home and Auto clients with basic policy updates and changes Provide clear, professional, and timely communication to meet client needs Deliver a positive, relationship-focused experience with every interaction Administrative & Team Support Enter Home policy renewals into Planner to ensure seamless follow-up Schedule and coordinate client review appointments with our team Accurately document client interactions and maintain organized records Support team workflows to promote efficiency and consistency across the office
Strong communication skills across phone, email, and text Highly organized with strong attention to detail Self-motivated with the ability to manage follow-ups and daily tasks independently A customer-first mindset with a passion for helping people Insurance or administrative experience is a plus, but not required
