The Minnesota chapter brings together professionals from private equity, investment banking, corporate development, and advisory firms through networking, industry events, and educational programming.
This is a flexible, part-time remote opportunity ideal for someone seeking hands-on marketing and administrative experience while supporting a professional business organization. There will be an occasional need for in person attendance at ACG MN events for registration check-in assistance, these include our Monthly Luncheons and Breakfast meetings. The event schedule will be available a minimum of 45 days prior.
Required Skills & Qualifications • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Familiarity with social media platforms • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products • Ability to manage tasks independently in a remote environment • Degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field preferred • This is an mid to entry-level friendly position
Social Media & Content • Schedule and publish social media posts • Assist with creating content for LinkedIn and other platforms • Support marketing communications and promotional initiatives Marketing Support • Assist with planning and execution of ACG events • Help create and assemble event materials including signage and badges • Support event marketing and member communications Data Entry & Reporting • Compile and maintain membership and event attendance data • Assist with tracking engagement and reporting metrics Administrative Tasks • Maintain and update marketing calendars • Update monthly team meeting schedules (attendance not required) • Update databases including CVENT (training provided) • Proofread marketing and communication materials
