Elsmore Swim Shop, one of the largest and most successful swim team dealers in the United States, is focused on providing the gear and apparel for swimmers and competitive swim teams.

We are hiring Retail Sales Associates for our Minnetonka location. In this role, you will provide friendly, knowledgeable service, support daily store operations, and help customers find the right products. We have a variety of shifts available - daytime, evening and weekend.

Previous retail experience, including experience with point-of-sale systems, is preferred Competitive swimming experience is a plus Strong organizational, prioritization, and communication skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Work is performed in a typical retail store environment Ability to stand for extended periods and regularly use a computer or iPad Ability to lift approximately 30–40 lbs.
