Healthcare and insurance are two of the most important—and most confusing—systems people have to navigate. Too often, people feel overwhelmed by complicated plans, rising premiums, and unexpected medical bills. They’re handed a policy but not the guidance they need to make the most of it. We believe people deserve better. We exist to bring clarity, advocacy, and real-world strategy to the health insurance experience. Our role goes beyond simply placing insurance plans—we guide, educate, and stand alongside our clients so they can make confident decisions about their healthcare. We help employers support their teams. We help individuals understand their options. We help those approaching Medicare navigate their choices and retire with confidence. And we help all of our clients discover the cost-saving tools and resources that many people never even hear about—like prescription discount programs, financial assistance options, and smarter ways to use the healthcare system. Our goal is simple: help people “beat the game.” That means turning complex systems into understandable choices, helping clients avoid unnecessary costs, and empowering people with the knowledge they need to take control of their healthcare.
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and people-focused Employee Benefits Coordinator to help administer and support employee benefits for our growing organization. You’ll serve as a key point of contact for benefits questions while coordinating closely with our Principal Advisor, insurance carriers, and vendors. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping others, solving problems, and working behind the scenes to support a mission-driven organization. If you are located in northeastern IL, you are welcome to join us in office! Come work with a dynamic group of strong women who are passionate about serving our clients an encouraging one another!
