Job Details

We’re looking for a contract based part-time, remote Customer Success Manager with day time hours to support our customers—both new and existing—as they learn and use our platform effectively. • Part-time (flexible hours, 10-15 hours a week) • Daytime Hours for customer interactions (Ideally 1-2 hours a day) • Work from home (fully remote) • Contract Role

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset. • Comfortable explaining software tools to non-technical users. • Ability to take feedback and relay it to the product team. • Any experience in customer support, onboarding, or training is a bonus (especially if it’s for SaaS or a creative industry). • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers have a smooth experience setting up and using Kiln Fire. • Assist studio owners via email and Zoom calls, answering questions and guiding them through the platform. • Create help articles, FAQs, and tutorial videos to support users. • Create social media posts for marketing purposes • Gather feedback from customers to help improve Kiln Fire based on their needs.
