As the face of our clinic, you create a warm, professional, and uplifting environment from the moment someone walks through our doors. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced wellness setting, loves connecting with people, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service with both efficiency and heart.

Previous experience in a medical/healthcare or integrative wellness setting preferred. Medical terminology: 1 year preferred Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Proficiency with computer systems and EMR software, experience with "Optimantra" a plus. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast past environment. Compassionate and patient centered approach to customer service.

Greet patients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor. Manage patient appointments and scheduling using our electronic medical records (EMR) system. Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about our services. Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure efficient patient flow. Verify insurance information and collect payments. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and waiting room. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
