The purpose of our organization is to provide the Human Resource guidance and support to our clients, as they grow their business. Most of our clients fall within the small to mid-size companies, where they haven't ever had an HR team member or have only utilized outsourced support. We come in and help fill the gaps within Human Resources, helping align their business needs with their people.

Job Details

The individual in this role will work directly with clients, related to HR tactical items, processing payroll weekly and bi-weekly, as well as supporting clients with employee issues and documentation. The person in this role should have a high attention to detail, be focused on the particulars related to payroll, documentation for employees, and developing processes for clients to follow. This individual should be passionate about helping small to mid-size organizations develop their HR and be an integral part of that growth and development. This HR Payroll & Employee Support team member will have to be comfortable rolling up their sleeves to get things done, while directly engaging with customers. It will provide someone with a strong background a great range of duties, along with developing knowledge within the different pieces of a growing business. This individual will have the option, over time and with development, to work hybrid – spending some time in multiple places based on meetings and workload: Elevate Results Consulting office, Client office as needed, and work from home.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience within a Payroll & HR Role • Degree in Human Resources preferred, but not required • Utilized 2+ payroll systems (Paychex, ADP, iSolved, Trinet, etc.) • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the need for high attention to detail • Familiar with working in a small business environment, plus • Creative thinking, related to initiatives and ideas for clients • Driven and excited to engage with customers/employees in a professional manner • Experience with strong customer service • Strong understanding of researching, thinking creatively to identify candidates • Understands the importance of asking questions and moving quickly • Strong client communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll for multiple clients across different platforms • Process payroll for clients on a weekly/bi-weekly processes • Engage with leaders from each client to gather payroll information • Provide employees with timely and detailed responses • Manage the onboarding for multiple clients • Ability to work with a high level of efficiency • Tactical HR responsibilities – FMLA, Onboarding, Handbooks, etc. • Engage with clients on different employee issues, guiding and providing resources and support • Ability to think quickly on your feet and work in a fast-paced environment • Understanding of managing multiple client priorities • Develop recruiting strategies and new ideas to find candidates • Manage posting sites and review applicants • Develop processes related to the business's needs • Ability to think creatively as it relates to the tasks provided
