We are looking for a Client Success Advocate, the kind of person everyone calls when they need help, clarity, or a plan. You will be the trusted partner for Klok Labs’ clients, making sure every engagement runs smoothly and delivers results so great that clients cannot resist telling their friends. This is a part-time, hybrid role that is ideal for a relationship-builder who wants to contribute their professional skills in a flexible, family-friendly environment. There will be opportunity to increase hours as we gain more fantastic clients and tons of upward mobility in the company as we grow! Schedule and Work Environment • In-person Tuesdays at our Minnetonka office for team meetings, client touchpoints, and collaboration. • Hybrid flexibility the rest of the week (Work from home or from the office as desired). More time in-office collaborating is preferred. • Up to 60 hours per month to start, with flexibility around family schedules. • All necessary technology provided, except for personal mobile phone.

Excited about using AI and automation to improve work. • Collaborative and trustworthy, with a sense of humor and a people-first mindset. • Experience in client success, account management, marketing coordination, or project management. We value capability and attitude as much as background. • Understanding of Digital Marketing strategies, tools, and KPIs. • Experience within a Marketing Agency environment preferred, but not required.
Key Responsibilities (Approximate time allocations) • Client Relationship Management (30%) Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients through proactive communication and follow-up. Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) for a majority of clients and ensure a consistent, positive experience. • Performance and Process Management (25%) Track and report client retention, satisfaction (CSAT), and ROI metrics. Collaborate with clients and the internal team to measure success and identify opportunities for improvement. • Sales and Opportunity Management (20%) Manage all sales opportunities in the CRM, tracking close rates, common objections, and time to close. Participate in prospect calls with Klok Labs subject matter experts to evaluate fit and growth potential. • Systems, Tools, and Project Management (15%) Develop and maintain documentation systems for tasks, milestones, and client objectives. Implement tools and workflows that make client communication and project delivery seamless. • Innovation and Collaboration (10%) Embrace new technologies, especially AI-driven tools, to enhance client success and internal efficiency. Contribute to a fun, supportive, and high-trust team culture.
