Our company helps artists earn money through the licensing of their work onto consumer products. We love our artists and need them as much as they need us. We love nothing better than seeing a puzzle at Target with a piece of art from one of our artists, knowing that artist made money from their and our efforts. We contribute to the livelihoods of over 80 artists and have been doing it for 30+ years.

This position offers flexibility based on your schedule. We need 2 days a week, at least 4 hours per day. The ideal days would be Monday, Wednesday or Thursday, at your discretion and the 4 hour span could start as early as 9 or as late as 12, all depending on your personal schedule. Parking at our office on these days is free. You would be working with 1 or more coworkers, with our Office Manager as your mentor and main contact.

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are important for this role. A familiarity with Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, and Outlook and the ability to manipulate PDF files would be helpful but not mandatory.

This role covers a variety of hands-on, detail-driven tasks that keep our office running smoothly and help our artists get accurate and timely royalty statements. These tasks include: • Scanning Documents – running incoming reports through our office scanner and keeping the files organized • Sorting Papers – sorting incoming paperwork and getting royalty statements ready to go out to our artists • Digital Filing – keeping our electronic records organized and easy to find • Data Entry – accurately entering report information into our systems • Misc. Office Admin – helping out wherever else the team needs a hand
