We’re hiring a Sales Lead who will play a hands-on role in building and closing our sales pipeline, while contributing to the development of our go-to-market (GTM) strategy. This is a great opportunity for someone with a few years of sales experience in fintech or B2B SaaS, who’s ready to take on more ownership and grow with a dynamic, early-stage company. You’ll report directly to leadership and work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to drive new revenue, experiment with outbound strategies, and refine our sales approach as we scale.
• 3–6 years of B2B sales experience, ideally with some exposure to fintech or financial services • Proven ability to build and close a pipeline — this role is hands-on, not just strategy • Experience working in (or selling into) fast-paced startup environments • Strong communication skills with a consultative sales approach • Comfortable owning a quota and motivated by results • Bonus: experience contributing to GTM planning or working cross-functionally with marketing
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close • Build and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified leads through a mix of outbound and inbound efforts • Develop a deep understanding of Lunr’s value proposition and communicate it effectively to prospects • Execute on early-stage GTM strategy, helping shape messaging, outreach, and targeting • Track and report on sales activity, pipeline, and key metrics to inform strategy • Provide feedback to product and leadership teams based on customer conversations • Participate in events, tradeshows, and presentations that position Lunr as a market leader
