Preferred Qualifications: • Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM) credential or eligibility. • Experience using AutoCAD Civil 3D for plan preparation and grading design. • Experience using ESRI ArcGIS Pro for data visualization and integration with CAD workflows. • Familiarity with watershed district permitting, MnDOT drainage design standards, or similar regulatory frameworks. • Experience preparing cost estimates, bid packages, or construction specifications. • Interest in ecological restoration, green infrastructure, and sustainable design applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and assist in implementation of stormwater systems, stream and wetland restorations, and water quality improvement projects. • Perform hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, including 100-year floodplain modeling, to support regulatory compliance and design refinement. • Prepare technical reports, plan sets, and specifications for design and construction. • Support permit coordination and interface with regulatory agencies to ensure project compliance. • Collaborate closely with scientists, engineers, and landscape architects across multidisciplinary projects. • Contribute to proposal development, client outreach, and business development activities. • Stay current with advancements in modeling, design standards, and regulatory trends. • Provide construction-phase support, including submittal review, site inspections, and as-built verification.

Company Purpose

To lead in collaborative, science-driven solutions that improve water quality, restore ecosystems, and build a sustainable future through innovation and investment in mitigation banking.
