Job Details

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll support the company with key initiatives aimed at driving growth and improving overall customer experience thru direct engagement, hosted events and community affiliations. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your experience in business development, customer success, and helping to build lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience • Minimum of 1-3 years of professional experience within a corporate setting • Self-motivated with strong initiative and proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems • Demonstrated ability to take ownership and independently move projects forward • Strong customer service orientation, follow-through and attention to detail • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Experience working with Microsoft Office and CRM of some kind • Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, networking, and business development practices preferred

Responsibilities

• Initiate business development activities by collaborating through lead generation, follow-ups, and referral-based sales efforts • Conduct market research and proactively reach out to prospects via LinkedIn, emails, and networking within niche technology markets for purpose driven events • Assist in planning and executing targeted marketing campaigns to attract and engage new clients • Schedule meetings and introductory conversations with new prospects & current clients • Help plan, organize and lead in-person and virtual technology-based events • Prepare and distribute marketing materials to prospective clients • Help maintain sales pipelines and monitor progress toward business development goals • Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems to ensure accuracy and data integrity • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to grow industry knowledge and sharpen skills • Provide general admin/project support as needed
