Job Details

The front desk and scheduling position is a dynamic and face-paced position in which they are responsible for greeting/welcoming new patients, contacting with potential patients about the services provided, collecting payments and scheduling appointments appropriately. Qualifications

Associates or Bachelor's degree Strong organizational skills Experience in working in a healthcare setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Confidence in communicating with potential patients about the services provided Ability to work collaboratively with different providers and therapists Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Responsibilities

-Welcome patients and families daily -Schedule patients on provider's schedule to maintain a full schedule -Check patients in and out of appointments -Process billing and collect payment -Operate a soft-chamber hyperbaric oxygen chamber (training provided) -Communicate in a timely manner via text, email or phone with patients -Ensure appropriate patient paperwork is completed -Utilize multiple electronic operating systems on Apple devices
