We are looking to add to our customer service team in order to meet the needs of our current and future customers. The right person for this position would be great at making connections and have a heart for others.

An ideal team member would possess basic computer skills, typing skills, phone skills, and would enjoy working with folks from all walks of life. A current Property and Casualty Insurance License is needed. Employer offers training and is financially responsible for class materials and testing. You must also be over the age of 18 without any felony convictions. Foreign Language skills are a plus!

Answering incoming calls, servicing policies, setting appointments, taking payments, and alerting our customers when payments are missed.
