This role is responsible for responding to customer inquiries and updates on their current policies, processing payments, providing updated insurance cards, etc. This person will assist the agency and have an outgoing personality and positive attitude. Our Agency has been built around who we are at our core as a team, which is shared with our network through community connections. Requirements • Experience in a customer service role • Excellent phone skills • Solid communication skills • Strong organizational skills • Attention to detail • Proven experience picking up on new industries and details related to the organization • Ability to problem; observe what's needed and take action
Responsibilities • Answer incoming calls and assist with customer questions, or direct to the correct team member • Document all conversations and notes in CRM system • Sets appointments with current customers for reviews • Assisting customers with making payments and filing claims • Assist agent with social media marketing (when needed) • Generate referrals and five-star reviews through solid customer service
