The Member Services Associate is responsible for assisting with customer service activities and general operations. This part-time, seasonal position will perform various administrative and clerical duties -- including phone, email, remote, and in-person interactions -- to support approximately 1200 members and 200 staff. This is a part-time seasonal position starting in mid-September through mid-March. Must be in-office on Mondays and Fridays from approximately 9am-3pm (flexible) and one additional day of data entry in-person or remote.
• Previous experience in administrative office work • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite • Ski and snowboard industry knowledge preferred, but not required • High dependability • Detail oriented • Results focused • Natural problem solver • Organize responsibilities to meet deadlines • Effective, consistent communication skills • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Communicate with members, parents, staff and industry partners via phone and email • Data entry in company CRM • Prepare materials and logistics for events • Assemble welcome packets • Assist with weekly trip preparations • Coordinate membership lost and found • Attend three ski/snowboard trips during the season (preferred, not required) • Other duties or projects as assigned
