Growing, mid-size, Independent Insurance Agency in Winsted is looking for an experienced Personal Lines Customer Service Representative for a full-time position. We are a multi-line Insurance Agency specializing in Employee Benefits and Property & Casualty Insurance. Open for the employee to have flexible daytime hours. Abilities & Experience Required: • Ability to Communicate effectively via phone, email and in person • Ability to multitask and change course frequently • Ability to remain calm in stressful situations • Ability to work in close proximity to others • Licensed in insurance by the State of MN • Experience working in Commercial Lines within an Agency or Insurance Company a strong plus Education: • High school or equivalent preferred Experience: • Insurance: 1 year (required) • Customer Service: 1 year (required) Work Location: In person preferred (Winsted location), remote possible depending on candidate

Examples of your duties as a Personal Lines CSR would be: • Customer Service to current clients via phone, walk in, and email • Endorsement changes on Personal Lines Policies • Claims Submission to Insurers • Support for the Personal Lines Sales Producers • Working with Underwriters at many various Companies • Issue and Prepare policies for renewal • Commission transaction
