THE ROLE We are looking for a self-motivated marketing professional who wants meaningful, flexible part-time work — someone who can own the day-to-day production and distribution of our marketing content without needing a manager standing over them, but is also collaborative enough to seek input and feedback to deliver the right message on the right channel. This is not a strategy-only seat, and it is not a pure execution seat either. Leadership sets the direction; you turn that direction into a steady, well-branded drumbeat of email, social, web, and sales content that actually goes out on schedule. If you are the kind of person who finds satisfaction in a content calendar that never has a hole in it, you will like it here. What success looks like at 90 days Our email program runs on a predictable cadence in HubSpot, our Facebook and Instagram accounts post consistently and look unmistakably like Omni~View, the website stays current without a backlog, and leadership has stopped being the bottleneck for getting marketing out the door.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR ▪ Two or more years in a marketing coordinator, marketing specialist, or comparable role — agency or in-house. ▪ Genuinely self-motivated. This role is remote and part-time. While there aren’t set hours, collaboration happens (flexibly) between 8:00-4:30 cst. Collaboration, deadlines met, and content shipped is the measure. ▪ Strong writer with a clean, direct style. You can write for a yard manager without talking down to them. ▪ A good eye for design and a low tolerance for sloppy, off-brand work. ▪ Organized enough to run a content calendar across several channels at once and keep it honest. ▪ Comfortable in a small company where the marketing department is you, leadership, and a shared set of goals — you will have real ownership and real autonomy. ▪ Bonus: experience marketing B2B software, or any exposure to job site solutions, logistics, rental, trades, or other blue-collar industries.
WHAT YOU WILL DO Content creation ▪ Write and produce marketing content — emails, social posts, landing page copy, one-pagers, case studies, product announcements — using Claude as a drafting and ideation partner, with your judgment and our Growth Team leadership as the final filter. ▪ Design on-brand graphics, social creative, and simple layouts in Canva using our established brand kit. ▪ Turn dense product material — feature releases, product guides, customer stories — into content our operator audience will actually read. Distribution and channel management ▪ Build, schedule, and send email campaigns and newsletters in HubSpot; manage lists, segmentation, and templates. ▪ Run our Facebook and Instagram presence: plan the calendar, schedule posts, engage with comments and messages, and keep the feed consistent. ▪ Maintain and update our WordPress website — new pages, blog posts, product updates, landing pages, and general upkeep. ▪ Own a shared marketing calendar so campaigns, launches, trade shows, and seasonal pushes are planned ahead rather than scrambled. Brand consistency ▪ Apply the Omni~View brand — color, typography, voice, and logo usage — correctly and consistently across every channel and asset. ▪ Keep our template and asset library organized so anyone on the team can grab the right, current version. ▪ Flag anything off-brand or out of date, and fix it. Measurement ▪ Track the basics — email open and click rates, social engagement and follower growth, website traffic, form fills — and report simply on what is working and what is not. ▪ Bring one or two ideas per month for something we should try, stop, or do more of. YOUR TOOLKIT You should be comfortable working independently in each of these on day one. We are not looking for certifications; we are looking for someone who has actually shipped work in these tools. ▪ HubSpot — email distribution, campaign builds, list management, and basic automation ▪ Canva — graphic design, social creative, and brand-kit-driven templates ▪ WordPress — website content updates, page and blog publishing, basic editing ▪ Claude — AI-assisted drafting, repurposing, and ideation (we use it daily and expect you to) ▪ Social – Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn — organic posting, scheduling, community management, and light paid boosting ▪ Helpful but not required —Video editing, basic SEO, trade show and event support
