Flagship Insurance Services is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Temporary Employee Benefits Assistant to support our Employee Benefits team during the busy Fourth Quarter season. This role has a flexible schedule and is a hands-on support role designed to assist with renewals, enrollments, and system builds as our team delivers client solutions during peak volume.
Qualifications • Prior experience in employee benefits administration or insurance agency support • Familiarity with Ease and/or Employee Navigator platforms strongly preferred • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal • Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive client information
Responsibilities • Prepare overview documents comparing current vs. renewal benefits (template provided) • Develop medical proposals showing current vs. renewal vs. alternate carrier offerings • Assist in the creation and editing of custom benefit guides for clients • Process enrollments, terminations, and employee changes in a timely manner • Build and manage client setups in Ease and Employee Navigator • Provide back-office support for all aspects of AOE (All Other Enrollment) activities • Collaborate with internal team members to meet client deadlines and service expectations
