ICS is a Fractional CFO firm. We offer CFO services to entrepreneurial companies ranging from $3 million to $30 million in revenue. We build monthly and weekly financial models, compare budget to actual analyses. In addition, some clients are in need of month end closing and other accounting assistance. Working as their Trusted Business Advisor, we assist companies in achieving success. By utilizing our financial expertise, we are able to offer strategic and tactical assistance to these business owners. We have a long history of using our financial skills and advice to be valuable team members of our clients.
Job Details
The construction of the monthly and weekly cash flow models in Excel. Update and present weekly cash flow model to client on a weekly basis. Assist, if necessary, with month end close activities Prepare and present monthly budget to actual analyses for each month end Reviewing models and working with CFO Lead on business strategy and execution Participate in firm learning activities We are looking for individuals that are grounded in the detail but looking to the future and problem solvers. In this position you will have direct contact with the client, weekly at a minimum, solving real world business problems. This role teams up with a CFO Lead, which provides great learning opportunities and a flexible work schedule. Although this is listed as full time we will adapt to your availability.
Qualifications
Accounting degree Highly proficient in MS Excel Comfortable with a diverse set of accounting/ERP software platforms, especially Quickbooks Ability to communicate with clients and other staff Work on a team Ability to provide structure and work through challenging businesses Naturally curious on how things work and an active learner Ability to develop strong working relationships with clients and co-workers
