Steele Recruiting LLC continues to grow and expand across the United States! We are seeking a very part-time Executive Recruiter to assist in sourcing, interviewing, and placing Senior Executive Assistant and Chief of Staff talent with our CEO and C-Suite clients across the United States. This is a project-based, 1099 contractor role with commission paid per successful placement. You will help lead and/or assist in the full recruitment process—partnering closely with our team to deliver exceptional results and uphold our firm’s reputation for concierge-level service and quality. The role offers flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to high-impact executive searches that shape leadership teams across the nation.
Experience Requirements We are looking for someone who truly understands the impact and importance of the Executive Assistant to the CEO—and shares our passion for elevating this profession. You must be an exceptional communicator with strong project management skills, able to build instant rapport with both candidates and C-Suite clients. Our standard is concierge-level service—confidential, polished, and always professional. We have a winning, solution-driven mentality—losing is not an option. You must have the grit to dig in, source candidates creatively through LinkedIn, networking, and research, and build meaningful relationships along the way. You should be tech-savvy in LinkedIn, Google Workspace, Zoom, social media, AI, and ready to hit the ground running. Minneapolis-based candidates are preferred to collaborate in person, attend client events, and join team brainstorms. Job Responsibilities You will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and co-managing executive assistant searches for CEOs and C-Suite leaders across the United States. This includes managing full-cycle recruitment projects, building candidate pipelines, and providing concierge-level service to both clients and candidates. This is a very part-time, project-based 1099 contractor role with a commission-based compensation plan and flexible hours. While the work can be done remotely, you must have availability during standard business hours to connect with candidates and clients as needed. We only work with the best companies across the US, from start-ups to Fortune 500 to non-profit clients, and work with the best talent available in the market. Our CEO, Diane Steele, is nationally known and respected in the EA recruitment space, and you will work side by side with her and the team.
