Job Details Title: Executive & Operations Assistant Location: Twin Cities, MN (hybrid role with regular in person support and remote flexibility) Schedule: Part time to start with potential to grow, requires availability during standard business hours Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience

Qualifications

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in administrative, executive assistant, or operations support roles Strong proficiency in: Canva, Buffer, Flodesk, QuickBooks, Bill.com, Google Workspace, Squarespace, Showit (Dubsado experience preferred) HR support experience (job postings, compliance, onboarding) a plus Highly organized with excellent attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Tech savvy and resourceful, able to quickly learn new systems and tools Professional, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality Local to the Twin Cities metro with ability to provide regular in person support Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Ability to successfully pass a background check

Responsibilities

Manage calendars, inboxes, and travel logistics Create and schedule social media content using Canva and Buffer Support HR tasks such as job postings, compliance updates, onboarding documents, employee file audits, employee handbooks Onboard new clients and contractors for a smooth start Assist with client projects, proposals, and follow ups Maintain systems, vendors, and online platforms (Dubsado preferred, Flodesk, QuickBooks, Bill.com, Squarespace, Showit, Google Workspace) Provide regular in person support, errands, and office assistance
