You’ll be the behind-the-scenes person that keeps everything running smoothly. -Keep the inbox organized and handled -Schedule jobs, bids, and appointments so nothing falls through the cracks -Help track invoices and make sure money is coming in -Keep job schedules and trackers up to date -Support hiring and onboarding as the company grows -Bring structure and organization to a fast-moving business If you love turning chaos into order and being the person everyone relies on, you’ll love this role.
Qualifications -Naturally organized (you’re the one who keeps the family calendar together) -Great at juggling multiple things without dropping the ball -Proactive, you don’t wait to be told what to do -Reliable and consistent (people can count on you) -Strong communicator (clear, kind, and professional) -Comfortable using Google Sheets (QuickBooks is a plus, but can be learned) -Detail-oriented and good at following through Bonus (not required): Previous VA or admin experience Experience supporting a small business or contractor
