We are looking for a part-time bookkeeper to join our award-winning team! We are located inside of IMS in Minneapolis and have a fun, flexible, and collaborative work environment. Our culture is grounded in gratitude, creativity, and commitment to designing custom interiors for our high-touch clientele. In this position, you will be in charge of processing purchase orders, maintain account records, and finalize annual financials. You will also be responsible for producing financial reports, record and track client payments, as well as updating clients on their invoices.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field • Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience (design industry preferred) • Keen attention to detail • 1+ years of QuickBooks experience • Stellar customer service skills • Strong & effective communication skills (written and verbal) • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment If you are creative, energetic, love a fast-paced workplace and can work both independently and on a team, please send us your resume!

• Produce financial reports and monthly statements • Handle month-end closing procedures (bank reconciliations, credit card statement review, etc.) • Invoice billable hours • Record & track client payments, and communicate with clients • Process purchase orders, invoices, and outgoing vendor payments • Maintain accounting records and finalize annual financials • Entry or general ledger adjustments • Complete sale tax reports for filing by the accountant • Update and maintain excel spreadsheets
