Requirements • Obtain, or currently have, MN Property & Casualty license • Excellent phone skills • Solid communication skills • Experience with customer service • Attention to detail • Ability to problem solve; observe what's needed and take action

Responsibilities • Answer incoming calls and assist with customer questions, or direct to the correct team member • Document customer conversations and note in CRM system • Sets appointments with current customers for reviews • Assisting customers with making payments and filing claims • Assist agent with social media marketing • Generate referrals and five-star reviews through solid customer service
