We are looking for someone to help us with sourcing talent for our open roles. The position would be focused on using LinkedIn Recruiter (and other sources) to find candidates that fit the needs of our clients. This would include working with our recruiters to learn about the roles and what the client is looking for.

The ideal candidate would have experience in Talent Acquisition. They would be a sleuth at finding candidates on LinkedIn Recruiter. They are familiar with the different types of searches including Boolean. The ideal candidate would be self-motivated and efficient. They would have great communication skills and be willing to ask questions.

-Source candidates and help fill the pipeline for recruiters -Work with recruiters to learn about the roles and collaborate throughout the search process. -Work in office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
