Our Customer Experience team members support customers over the phone and via email, answering questions, resolving concerns, and processing orders. We’re known for providing friendly, helpful, and fast service, and this role plays a big part in maintaining that reputation. We’re looking for detail‑oriented, customer‑focused individuals who are comfortable multitasking and handling a variety of customer needs. No prior customer service experience is required — we’re happy to train the right person with a positive attitude and strong customer presence. This position offers flexible scheduling. We’re seeking team members available for 4‑ to 8‑hour shifts between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts as needed.

Interact with customers over the phone and via email regarding order status and fulfillment Provide friendly, efficient and professional customer service across all customer interactions Work cooperatively within and across the organization to resolve any customer questions Escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution of any customer issues
