This position supports the organization’s daily business operations through a broad mix of administrative, operational, financial, and people-focused responsibilities. It is a role that wears many hats, requiring someone who can balance shifting needs, manage competing priorities, and keep work moving from start to finish. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who anticipates needs, follows through with accuracy, and helps ensure smooth and consistent operations across the organization. The role works closely with leadership, staff, consultants, clients, and vendors, is cross-trained in all core processes, and provides backup support to other administrative staff as needed. The position is primarily in-office, with leadership-approved hybrid work possible based on business needs and performance.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow work through to completion. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and service-oriented approach. • Ability to prioritize tasks, streamline routine processes, and complete work accurately and timely while balancing competing operational needs. • Sound judgment, discretion, and ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information. • High attention to detail and accuracy, particularly with records, financial processes, and operational documentation. • Comfort working independently while collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders. • Proficiency with common business, project management, CRM, accounting, and document management systems preferred. • Experience supporting proposal development, engagement summaries, marketing materials, or other professional business communications preferred.
• Support daily operations, including general office maintenance and upkeep, email and phone inquiries, and manage office supplies, equipment and vendor relationships. • Provide direct support to leaders including general administrative support, communications, documentation, and information management. • Act as a liaison between leaders and staff, consultants, clients and vendors. • Assist with consulting operations, including opportunity tracking, project documentation, proposal support, and marketing coordination. • Provide administrative and onboarding support for staff, consultants, and leadership. • Coordinate meetings, workplace events, corporate gifts, and other organizational activities. • Participate in operations meetings, support special projects, and complete other duties as assigned. • Support finance-related processes such as invoices, payments, payroll coordination, reimbursements, banking tasks, tax tracking, and financial records, as backup is needed
