We are seeking a tenacious and driven Insurance Broker to join our team. The $60K OTE includes base salary + UNCAPPED commission + equity ownership, with aggressive accelerators allowing significant overachievement, particularly in Year One. Benefits include 25 days PTO. You’ll be working with pre-qualified leads and selling IPMI solutions to an elite global clientele. This role is perfect for a self-motivated professional with strong sales skills, a passion for client service, and the ability to work across different time zones. It is especially suited to an entrepreneurial individual looking to build on first-class industry experience to develop and grow a role that will be rewarded by the overall success of the company.
What We’re Looking For • Proven insurance sales experience, ideally gained in major IPMI companies (e.g. Axa, Cigna, Bupa, Allianz) with high-net-worth clients • Salesforce experience – essential. The successful candidate will be helping to optimize the SF system. • Experience abroad (work, study, travel) preferred • Exceptional sales and negotiation skills—a true closer! • High-energy, results-driven mindset with the ability to go the extra mile • Flexibility to work across international time zones as needed • Adaptability – we are a startup, so candidates must be able to support various workstreams as needed and be open to and comfortable with growing a business from the ground up • Ambitious – candidates will be expected to set high standards and lead form the front. They will be defining and recruiting their own sales team as the company grows • Multilingual capabilities a strong advantage
What You’ll Do • Close high-value sales by providing tailored health insurance solutions • Work with pre-qualified leads—no cold calling required • Build relationships with expatriate, HNW, and UHNW clients • Adapt to multiple time zones, offering flexibility for international clients • Utilize Salesforce for client management and sales tracking • Work independently while staying connected with a high-performing remote team Key Tasks and Ownership • Coordinate new business enquiries within a global sales team • Appraise the needs of individual customers and selling the suitable insurance product • Maintain and develop relationships throughout the sales process • Provide weekly & monthly reports on individual quotations & sales/forecasts • Monitor website lead trends and provide feedback to management and marketing • Participate in sales & marketing meetings • Monitor online chat and sales phone line • Attend occasional exhibitions/sales events
