• This person will work with the communication manager and other staff members to keep parents, coaches and volunteers fully informed of upcoming clinics, camps, leagues and special events. • Responding to email and phone inquires. • Supporting community special events a few of which are on weekends. •The schedule will be determined once you coordinate your availability with the communications manager

Proficient in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint Effective and clear written and verbal communication skills A strong commitment to customer service and follow-up Willingness to help on a variety of tasks Experience with Salesforce, and/or Word Press is a plus

Communication with parents, coaches and volunteers Working with the communications manager to support events and programs throughout the year Providing clear communication to parents, volunteers and partners. Attending Tuesday staff meetings The vast majority of the work can be done remotely but there will be times we will need you to attend meetings and events.
