We’re looking for a tech-savvy, highly organized part-time Marketing Coordinator to help manage and track our marketing efforts. You’ll work closely with company leaders and outside consultants to keep projects running smoothly, from Google Ads to email campaigns, and make sure we’re getting measurable results. This flexible role is perfect for someone looking for meaningful part-time work with control over their schedule. You might be early or mid-career, ready to put your organizational and analytical skills to use in a professional, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For • Exceptionally organized, dependable, and detail-oriented. • Analytical and comfortable with numbers and reporting. • Strong communicator who keeps others informed. • Comfortable using AI tools to work smarter and get more done. • Self-learner — willing to learn systems like Google Ads or Mailchimp enough to manage them effectively. • Based in the Minneapolis area; hybrid or remote after onboarding

Responsibilities

Responsibilities • Coordinate and monitor marketing activities (Google Ads, LinkedIn, email). • Work with vendors to ensure projects stay on track. • Track results and flag opportunities for improvement. • Manage campaign logistics — setup, scheduling, list updates, and reports. • Communicate progress to business leaders. • Assist with content writing or edits (a plus). • Take on other administrative tasks as time allows.
